About: Mika Ben
Mika Ben was born Michael Benjamin on June 27th at L’Hopital Canape-Vert. He was raised by his father, Lionel Benjamin, a musician and teacher, and his mother, Roseline Dupoux Benjamin, a psychologist, in the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince along with his 2 older siblings, Melodie Benjamin and Lionel Benjamin Jr., his current manager.
Mika Ben attended Peter Pan Kindergarten, Cours Prives Colette Millet (CPCM) for elementary school, and Saint-Louis de Gonzague Delmas for high school. After graduating high school, Mika Ben left Haiti at the age of 18 with the intent to pursue a college education in Montreal, Canada. But his love of music turned him in into Mika Ben.

UN Troops Rape Haïtien Boy
A 50-second video, shot on a mobile telephone, showing a collection of Uruguayan peacekeepers pinning the man down on a mattress and pulling his trousers down. They shouted "what's the problem here?" to which the man responded "no problem!" Then they laughed as a shirtless peacekeeper stood between the man's legs and appeared to thrust his crotch vigorously towards him before slapping the man's naked buttocks.
President Mujica said in the letter he was also apologizing on behalf of Uruguay's armed services. Additionally, the letter was signed by Defense Minister Eleuterio Fernandez Huidobro.
Haitian President Michel Martelly earlier this week “vigorously condemned” the apparent sexual assault, saying he is waiting for a detailed report of the incident. The United Nations and the Haitian courts are conducting investigations as well.
